Purpose:
(I) Sending of electronic newsletter with news and promotions. (II) Preparation of invoices to customers, preparation of official accounting and calculations, presentation and settlement of taxes, preparation of commercial documents, such as balance sheets and reports. (III) Administrative management related to the development of the activity. (IV) Management of customer registrations. (V) Dealing with requests for the exercise of rights related to personal data, as well as security breaches that may affect the rights and freedoms of the interested parties. (VI) Providing the requested accommodation service. (VII) Communicating the legally established data to the State Security Forces and Corps. (VIII) Control of the facilities by means of a camera system. (IX) Priority access for members to offers, discounts and exclusive new features.

Storage period:
(I) and (IX) As long as the user does not request cancellation. (II) Six years for commercial purposes and 15 in the event of needing to accredit tax benefits. (III), (IV), (V) and (VI) For the duration of the provision of the service and the period necessary to address matters related to the services provided. (VII) Three years for the purposes of the State Security Forces and Corps. (VIII) One day.
Recipients:
(II) AEAT, Banking Institutions, Canary Islands Government, Mercantile Register. (V) Spanish Data Protection Agency. (VII) and (VIII) The data will only be transferred to third parties when there is a legal obligation, as in the case of State Security Forces and Corps.
Exercise of rights:

For how long?
